As a nationally renowned Microsoft Identity and Security Partner, The client was looking to address urgent delivery needs following an exciting acquisition by Performanta group, a leading global Security and Technology business. In a constantly evolving technical landscape, it was key to identify and attract experienced talent that possessed both technical and consulting expertise, but also were the right cultural fit for the further development of a cohesive and successful practice. 

What We Did...

With a deep Microsoft specialism required across these high demand technical skills, and a limited time frame to bring in the right consulting hires, Cloud Decisions executed a targeted security search, focusing UK wide with the remote needs of the requirements. Despite the challenges faced by Covid-19 and the risk adverse mentality it had created, these urgent resource needs got to offer stage within just a few weeks. From the selection provided, the client also gained talent to strengthen the leadership team, enabling them to also meet the longer-term strategy to scale out their consultancy business.  

Worked closely with the Director to align with the key hiring goals to bring in both consulting and leadership skills, scoping and mapping the requirements to attract elite talent during the digital skills crisis.

The client successfully met their critical resource needs, hiring in 3 specialist Microsoft Security and Identity professionals, allowing them to meet the time critical consultancy requirements.

The clients target was to attract 3 experienced, and senior level, Security Consultants for their Microsoft Security + Hybrid Identity Practice. They successfully recruited these crucial roles, enabling the client to address both the urgent resource demands in consulting, and the longer-term strategy for the growth and development of their future consulting capability. In addition 1 of the hires was aligned directly to a lead role, a position they still hold today.
