Our client, a leading Microsoft Azure expert provider and CAF Ready Partner, were looking for a Microsoft focused Talent Partner to support the growth of their scaling Azure teams.

As one of the UK’s top performing Azure Partners, this client was looking to scale their Azure teams to support a number of growth objectives. With the experienced Azure talent market in a state of extreme demand, Cloud Decisions were tasked with identifying and attracting emerging talent where the client could leverage existing Azure skills and invest in upskilling across key areas of improvement. 

What We Did...

Aligning to Microsoft UK’s interests for Partners to develop and invest in emerging and early career talent; Cloud Decisions needed to understand their base line Azure technical skills, assess their aptitude for learning, drive for personal and professional development, and identify a customer centric mentality. With a clear strategy on skills development and an inclusive business culture, Cloud Decisions were able to connect the client with the required Azure Talent, which led to successful hires. 

Cloud Decisions worked with the client’s Senior Leadership team to identify key hiring attributes for targeting emerging Azure talent.
